Perfectly suited for restaurant professionals, the Check-In Program is a customized company-wide peer support network that serves to provide staff with knowledge, tools, emotional, social and/or practical support in the workplace setting. Check-In team members consist of trained staff that provides peer mentoring, reflective listening, referrals, and emotional support.
Our peer support training provides team members with basic counseling skills, active listening techniques, knowledge of signs of depression/suicidal ideation/substance abuse, and other information regarding peer-to-peer emotional support.
